Junior Albrecht – Construction Manager

I’ve been working in the plumbing field for 10 years. Even before I graduated high school, I knew I wanted to work for Medlock Services because it is a family-owned business. While most kids were at home during the summer, I always woke up early to go to work with either my dad or my grandpa. I never hated doing it, either. I always wanted to learn as much as possible about plumbing and was taught to treat a customer’s home as though it were my own. Their knowledge and expertise made me the perfectionist I am in my work today. I enjoy working on new construction projects, exceeding both our builders’ and homeowners’ expectations, and making their dream bathrooms and kitchens a reality. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my time with my son or fishing.

Mike Chapman – Construction Manager

I’ve been working in the plumbing industry for about 27 years. I started working with my childhood friend’s dad’s plumbing company in high school. After I left school, I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and worked in the roofing industry, so I have worked my whole career in the construction industry. After about 3 years of being away from family and friends, I moved back to my hometown and got back into plumbing as soon as I got back. Now, I’ve found my new home at Medlock Services and have known some of the guys on the team for many years and have always heard good things about Medlock Services, so I decided to change to Team Medlock. So far, it has been awesome for me and my family! When not working, I fish, hunt, and work on old cars with my kids.

Laura Dieringer – Operations Manager

I have worked in customer service for most of my career and enjoy working with our customers to resolve their issues, running the Medlock office, and supporting our team in whatever way I can. It was never my intent to stay in customer service or office administration. I have always dreamed of being a teacher and have my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Once I realized that I enjoyed helping customers and providing office support, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources Management from Texas Womans University. I enjoy spending time with my husband and son as well as playing hockey and softball or simply settling down with a good book.

Leo Garza – Apprentice Plumber

I’ve been with Medlock Services for almost three years but have been working in construction for about ten years. When I was younger, it was just my mom and me so I was always fixing things around the house for her, which led to me wanting to do more and have a rewarding career helping people. I enjoy the satisfaction of knowing I’m helping others make their new homes a reality and not just a dream. I enjoy playing video games with my fiancé and walking my four dogs in my spare time.

I began my plumbing career in Mexico thirty years ago in commercial and residential plumbing. I’ve been with Medlock Services for six years and have enjoyed working on residential construction. It’s always great to see homeowners light up when they see the finished project and know that I helped make their dreams come true. I enjoy playing with my kids and doing projects around my home when I'm not at work.

I have been a plumber for over 20 years. I learned plumbing as well as building homes from both my uncle and my dad. They say you are born somewhere and make it to Texas as quickly as possible. That was me, I was born in Gary, India, and came to Texas as fast as I could in 1984. When I’m not working, I enjoy riding my motorcycle as well as fishing with my grandson. I also love to grill and spend time with my wife.

I came into the plumbing world, and the Medlock family knew nothing about plumbing but wanted to make a difference by helping our customers. Since entering the plumbing world, I have become more knowledgeable and enjoy assisting our customers in any way I can. I have attended both Grayson and Collin colleges and completed the prerequisites needed for a nursing degree. I hope and plan to obtain my degree and become an Ultrasound Technician. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and camping outdoors, riding ATVs, or going to the lake.

Charlie Robinson – Construction Manager

I grew up in Durant, Oklahoma, and have lived in Oklahoma my entire life. Around 14, I began working during the summer with my brother doing plumbing and continued working with him during breaks from school. He has taught me everything that I know about plumbing. After graduating from high school, I went into plumbing full-time and have been in the business for 22 years and love it. I am happy to be a part of the Medlock family! I enjoy working on computers and spending time with family and friends during my time off.

Since I was sixteen, I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and doing hands-on labor work no matter the project – helping my dad plant new grass, changing out light fixtures, or building project cars. In the past five years, I’ve been transferring my knowledge of building project cars into a full-time passion. When it comes to plumbing, I love being a part of the solution to issues and helping people’s plumbing problems disappear. In my spare time, I enjoy gaming with my son as well as teaching him everything my dad taught me.
